Iām on the hunt for rentals that allow pets, but I'm seeing some strange lease clauses. One landlord wants a non-refundable deposit for my dog, while another mentioned breed restrictions that seem a bit odd. Is it typical to face this kind of stuff, or am I just having bad luck?
