Curious about 59 Edgewood Ave and its nearby amenities

I’ve been looking at 59 Edgewood Ave and I’m really drawn to the character of the building. Can anyone share what the local grocery options and restaurants are like? Also, how’s the transit situation from there, especially to the downtown core? Thanks!
