Checking transit vibes at 21 Park Blvd for downtown commutes

Hey everyone! I'm planning a move to 21 Park Blvd and I'm curious about the subway and streetcar options for getting downtown. How easy is it to access the TTC from here? Also, are there bike lanes nearby for cycling to work? Would love your insights!
