Hey fellow renters! I'm eyeing 245 C Howland Ave for a few months. Can anyone share insights on using the TTC from there? I'm curious about subway and streetcar options for getting downtown quickly. Also, how's the walkability to stations and bike lanes in the area? Thanks!
