15 Bedford Park Ave caught my eye, any good coffee spots nearby?

I’m curious about 15 Bedford Park Ave since I'm looking for a studio. I want to know if there are any nice cafes or parks nearby for weekend strolls. Also, how's the TTC access there? Looks pretty walkable on the map, but what’s the reality like?
