Any experiences with 206 St. George Street?

I'm moving into a 2-bed, 2-bath unit at 206 St. George Street, and I would love to know about anyone else's experiences with the building; there is some conflicting info online, but I've also heard good things from one person who currently lives there. Let me know if there are any special pre-move considerations :)
