Feeling grateful for my supportive landlord!

Just want to share something positive for once. My landlord has been incredibly responsive to my maintenance requests, and when I had a plumbing issue last week, she sent someone over the same day! Not all landlords are terrible—there are definitely good ones out there. Feeling grateful today!
