Is living at 104 Goodwood Park Crt good for getting to downtown quickly?

I'm considering a place at 104 Goodwood Park Crt and I need to know how easy it is to catch a TTC streetcar or bus for a quick ride downtown. Also, what's the walkability like around here? Would love to hear about the commute during rush hour too!
