Trying to figure out transit options at 1309 Wilson Ave for my job

I'll be working downtown near Union Station and I'm curious about how easy it is to get there from 1309 Wilson Ave. Are there good bus routes? How quick is the ride during rush hour? I want to minimize transfers and walkable distance to the nearest stops!
