Is the Junction worth considering for my next apartment?

I've been eyeing the Junction lately, and honestly, it feels like it's changing so fast. New cafes and shops popping up all the time! But what's the rental scene like? Are prices getting out of hand? Would love to hear from anyone who's lived there recently. Cheers!
