Wondering how long apartments stay on the market in Queen West?

I'm looking to rent in Queen West and I've noticed a few listings that have been up for over a week. Is that typical for this area during October? How long do places usually stay on the market before they're rented? Just trying to gauge if I'm missing out on anything!
