Anyone know the scene at 5 Flemington Rd for a car owner?

I'm eyeing 5 Flemington Rd and love that it's close to Yorkdale. What’s the parking situation like, and is there decent transit nearby? Curious about how walkable the area is with all the amenities popping up around there. Any insights would be awesome!
