Checking the transit vibe around 130 Tyndall Ave for work downtown

I'm eyeing 130 Tyndall Ave and want to know how well it connects to downtown via TTC. Specifically, how close are the streetcars and subway stations? Also, are the bike lanes decent for commuting to work? Any insights about the area’s walkability would be great!
