Is 3485 St Clair Ave E good for getting downtown via TTC bus or subway

Thinking of moving to 3485 St Clair Ave E and wondering about the bus connections and any nearby subway access for my daily commute downtown. How frequent are the buses or streetcars in this area? Any opinions on the walkability to transit spots in the neighborhood would be great!
