Looking at 25 Ordnance St for easy transit to downtown offices

I'm checking out 25 Ordnance St and really need to know how the TTC connects to downtown office areas. Is it a quick ride to Union Station? Also, how safe are the bike lanes nearby if I decide to cycle? Any tips for making the most of transit living here would be awesome!
