Landlord leaves fruit at my door – is this normal?

So, my landlord has been leaving random bags of fruit at my doorstep every week. Last week it was mangoes, this week it’s a mix of apples and kiwis. It’s sweet, but also super puzzling! Is this a thing, or am I just the weird one for being unsure about this? Anyone else have a quirky landlord?
