Are rental bidding wars still happening in Toronto in 2025?

I'm curious if bidding wars are still a common occurrence in Toronto's rental market. Have landlords eased up, or do renters still need to offer more than the listed rent? It seems like competition might have cooled down, but is it still competitive out there?
