Thinking about 262 Jarvis St, what’s the area really like for new grads?

I just stumbled upon 262 Jarvis St and I love the looks of it! Can anyone share about the neighborhood character? How's the access to transit and are there decent grocery stores or restaurants nearby? Just trying to gauge if this area fits a recent grad lifestyle. Thanks!
