Living at 375 Brunswick Ave for easy commuting to downtown?

I'm considering moving to 375 Brunswick Ave and I'm curious about how well it connects me to downtown for work. What’s the streetcar and subway situation like nearby? Also, are there good bike lanes for cycling enthusiasts? Any insights on this would be super helpful!
