Found a place at 215 Wilson Ave, curious about nearby parks and shops

I'm an international student thinking about living at 215 Wilson Ave. How's the walkability to local parks or grocery stores? I love being able to stroll around, and I'm also trying to figure out the public transit options nearby for getting to school.
