Confused about filing T2/T6 forms at the LTB - need help!

I'm bewildered by the legal process involved in filing T2/T6 forms with the LTB. There’s so much information, and I want to make sure I’m doing everything right to protect my rights as a tenant. I’m determined to fight for my concerns but need guidance on what comes next.
