Do most Toronto apartments have gyms and pools in the building?

As I look for a new place to live in Toronto, I'm curious about the availability of fitness amenities like gyms and pools. Having these facilities on-site would save me time and encourage a healthier lifestyle, but I want to know how common they are in condos and apartment buildings.
