Unusual Lease Clauses - What Does This Mean?

I came across a lease that says I can't have guests over for more than 48 hours. Is that normal? It just feels strange to me—what if I have family visiting for the holidays? How do I figure out if this clause is even enforceable? I’m feeling overwhelmed by all these rules!
