Is moving from Toronto to Mississauga for my pet worth it?

I'm really torn about leaving Toronto for Mississauga. On one hand, I hear there are more pet-friendly rentals and potentially lower costs. But are the neighborhoods in Mississauga truly welcoming for pets? I wonder if the savings justify the move, or if I'll miss city life too much.
