Can we talk about the noise in my new condo?

I recently downsized to a cozy condo in Toronto, but the sound levels are out of control. Between late-night screeches from neighbors and ongoing street construction, it’s hard to enjoy some peace. Anyone else experiencing the same? What tips do you have for managing the racket?
