What happened to the Coffee shop at Dowling Ave and John St?

I've been passing by Dowling Ave and John St lately and noticed the Coffee shop seems different. Anyone know if it’s closed down or just under renovation? It was such a nice spot to grab a quick cup on my way to work, and I miss the vibe there!
