Need to break lease early - seeking escape options!

I'm really stressed about being stuck in my lease and need to leave my one-bedroom apartment in Toronto. Are there any strategies to get out early, like subletting or N11 agreements? I'm worried about potential penalties and if my landlord would cooperate. Hoping for some advice!
