Parking included Toronto rentals - which neighborhoods have the best deals under $2500?

Desperately need parking included in my rental but trying to stay under $2500/month total. Most downtown places either don't include parking or charge $150-300 extra which blows my budget. I work hybrid so don't need to be right downtown, but need decent TTC access. Which Toronto neighborhoods have the best deals for apartments with parking included under $2500? Willing to consider 1BR or even bachelor if the location and parking situation is good. Scarborough? Etobicoke? North York? Any specific buildings or areas that consistently include parking in the rent?
