What's going on with the Metro at Pell St and Scarborough Golf Club Rd?

Hey everyone! I used to shop at the Metro at Pell St and Scarborough Golf Club Rd regularly, but I noticed it’s been quieter lately. Is it still open? I'm also curious about any rentals nearby since I’m looking to move. Does anyone else find this area changing?
