Looking for flexible lease options in Toronto

I'm exploring month-to-month lease options in Toronto since I'm not sure how long I'll need a place. I don't want to commit to a long-term lease yet. Are there landlords who might offer short-term leases or convert to monthly after a year? Any advice would be appreciated!
