My landlord just walked in without notice – what are my rights?

I can't believe my landlord just entered my apartment without any notice! Aren't there laws about these entry rules? I know about the 24-hour notice requirement in Ontario, and this feels like a major violation of my privacy rights. What can I do about this illegal entry? I'm seriously frustrated!
