Looking for rentals near schools and parks for my family

We're on the hunt for a place close to TTC subway lines that has good schools and playgrounds. What neighborhoods in Toronto have nice parks and space for kids to play? Also, any tips on navigating rental challenges in these areas would be greatly appreciated!
