What's up with rentals in Leslieville?

I've been eyeing Leslieville for a while. It has this great mix of old and new, but I’m curious about how quickly rentals go. Are they snatched up immediately, or is there some wiggle room? Also, how's the vibe with the new coffee shops popping up? I'd love to hear anyone's thoughts!
