Great Experience with My Responsive Landlord!

I just want to take a moment to appreciate my landlord who has been incredibly responsive! Whenever I have a maintenance issue in my basement apartment, they come to fix it right away. Plus, they keep rent increases reasonable and always treat us fairly. Feeling lucky to have such a great landlord!
