Landlords ignoring urgent repair requests is infuriating!

I've been living in this one-bedroom for months with a leaking faucet and a broken heater. Despite multiple calls and messages to my landlord, nothing has been done. It's ridiculous to pay rent for such neglect – basic living conditions should be a priority!
