Is the KFC at Springhurst Ave and Emmett Ave still open?

I've been craving some comfort food lately, and I remember the KFC at Springhurst Ave and Emmett Ave being a local staple. I'm curious if it's still open amid all the changes in the area. Also, does anyone know how busy it gets during lunch? Might just be perfect for a quick study break!
