Confused about LTB process - any tips?

I've heard some landlords offer free rent to entice tenants and I'm trying to understand if it's real. I'm gearing up to file a T2/T6 form due to some issues, but honestly, the whole LTB process confuses me. Anyone has tips or experiences to share? I’m determined to fight for my rights!
