I used to love grabbing a quick sandwich from the Subway at Elm Ridge Dr and Lowther Ave. It was my go-to spot before class. I heard some changes were happening in the area, so I’m curious if it’s still open and if there are any apartments nearby, especially for students needing affordable housing.
