Confused by Odd Lease Clauses in Toronto

I’m reviewing a lease and came across a clause that says I can’t have any visitors after 9 PM. Seriously? How can they enforce that? Plus, there’s a requirement for renters to mow the lawn! Are these normal rules? Feeling really skeptical about this deal.
