Is the Convenience store at Pharmacy Ave and Sixteenth St still there?

I've been wondering about the Convenience store at Pharmacy Ave and Sixteenth St. It was such a staple for grabbing snacks and drinks. Has anyone been by lately? I'm curious if it's still open or if it's changed hands. Anyone heard what's up with it?
