Struggling with Noisy Neighbors and My Rights

I'm at my wits' end with my noisy neighbors! Despite the noise complaints I've made, my landlord won't help enforce quiet hours. What are my tenant rights regarding noise in Toronto? How can I tackle this issue and get some peace of mind? I can't sleep with all this racket!
