Living in a constant state of disrepair—frustration grows!

Our heating's been out for weeks, and despite multiple requests, the landlord just ignores us. The kitchen faucet leaks constantly, making it hard to cook or even wash dishes. It feels like we're living in a rundown place, and I'm honestly at my wit's end. How long do we have to live like this?
