I'm at my wit's end with my noisy neighbors! Despite having 'quiet hours', the noise is unbearable. My landlord won't help, and I’m constantly filing noise complaints that lead nowhere. What are my tenant rights in Toronto regarding noise issues? How can I enforce these noisy neighbors to comply?
