Another ridiculous rent hike? This market is insane!

I can’t take it anymore! Just got a notice of a $400 rent increase. HOW IS ANYONE SUPPOSED TO AFFORD THIS? I swear, the landlords are out of touch. I just want to find a decent place, but every time I try, I’m outbid within minutes. This market is total chaos!
