How's the Birchmount Rd area for families? Thoughts?

I'm thinking about moving my family to the Birchmount Rd area in Toronto and would love to hear from anyone who lives there. What’s the vibe like? Are there good schools and parks nearby? Also, how are the rental prices and transit access around there?
