Searching for Affordable 2 Beds Under $2000 in Toronto

Hi everyone! I'm on the hunt for a two bedroom $2000 apartment in Toronto and want to know if this is realistic. Are there areas known for cheaper 2 bedrooms? Also, does anyone know if the rent they list includes tax or other fees? Thinking of getting a roommate for a 2BR under 2000 too!
