Confusion on LTB process and legal deposit limits

Hi all, I'm feeling a bit lost regarding my rights as a tenant. My landlord is asking for an upfront deposit that seems way too high. Can anyone guide me on the filing process with the LTB? I'm also unsure about T2/T6 forms and what to expect at a hearing. Determined to fight for my rights!
