Battling the Decibels of City Life: Help Needed!

Living in Toronto, the constant thrum of traffic and late-night parties is wearing me down. With thin walls amplifying every sound, I find it hard to enjoy my space. Recent construction nearby has only added to the chaos. Any tips on soundproofing or managing noise would be appreciated!
