What's going on with the CIBC at Gilmour Ave and Grenville St?

I've been away from Toronto for a while and used to frequent the CIBC at Gilmour Ave and Grenville St. I’m wondering if it’s still open or if anything has changed since I last visited. I’m also looking for potential short-term rentals nearby, any leads? Appreciate it!
