Facing Eviction in Toronto: Need Advice on Rights & Procedures

I'm really anxious about a possible eviction. My landlord gave me an N12 form. Is this normal, or could it be an illegal eviction? What are my rights, and how does an LTB hearing work? Just need some guidance, feeling quite lost.
